Luis is a marketing technology executive with 15+ years of experience transforming digital strategies in financial services and currently Vice President of Digital Automation Strategy at Northern Trust. Luis has successfully led digital transformation at Zions Bancorporation, California Bank & Trust, and Bank of the Sierra. He holds two master's degrees in Data Analytics and Business Administration.
While Luis always identified as Christian, it was only in recent years that his faith transformed from passive belief to active foundation. This spiritual awakening revolutionized his approach to leadership, where biblical principles now guide his decision-making and team relationships. His marriage experienced profound renewal through faith-centered communication and priorities. As a father, his deepened relationship with God provided clarity and patience during crucial developmental stages. Community connections flourished through church engagement, creating a support network that extends beyond professional circles. Luis credits this recent spiritual deepening for the harmony he now experiences across all dimensions of life.
